Q: Do I need a physician referral to schedule a visit?
A: No! You can schedule with me directly.
Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: I do not bill insurance directly at this time. However, I do provide super bills that you can submit for reimbursement, and I can accept HSA/FSA cards.
Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
A: Cash or credit card, and sometimes checks; we can set up payments plans as well.
Q: I know you specialize in weight loss and symptom reduction. Do you also work with other issues?
A: Yes, but this is on a case-by-case basis. There are some areas I refer. The best approach is to schedule a free clarity (phone) call to talk about your specific situation so we can decide if we are a good fit to work together.
Q: What hours are you available once we are an established client?
A: Good question! My regular business hours are Monday to Thursday, 9-5, and Friday 9-12. However, my goal is to help my clients get great results, and that means working with their schedule even if that means appointments on Sundays, early mornings, or evenings. I do take Friday nights and Saturdays off, though, unless it is an urgent need, such as lactation.

A: Yes! You can use the contact form on this site to ask anything you wish. Questions are always welcome. I aim to respond within 24 business hours. You can also call during regular business hours or send a text (text preferred) to the number listed at the bottom of this page.
